I found the exchange between Eddie and Dot quite amusing. The way he's stood there astounded when she tells him she's got her son locked in his bedroom. Good character was Eddie.

I love how Phil threatens Eddie in this scene and he punched Mark exactly 11 years later

Eddie Royle may have some wrong and annoying things, such as sacking Sharon and planning to change the name of the Vic, but overall he was a moral character. Nick Cotton should have seen found guilty and sent down for life. His son Ashley & policewoman Emma Summerhayes would both still be alive then!!

@MeBenHalpin Not sure, although the only time I've heard a petition calling for a character to be axed being successful was Lance Powell in the Bill in 2004/05.

An unpopular opinion I know - but I never liked Grant in Eastenders. He should have got 10 years for his attack on Eddie Royle. In the real world he would have done.

Right? And Nick Cotten kills Reg Cox and Eddie Royal and he doesn’t get sent to prison 😆
@eamonnevans80054 ай бұрын
@@gaynorpatterson2915 Nick Cotton was found not guilty of killing Eddie Royle and no one knew he killed Reg Cox until 2015, (and no one reported it to the police).
