Not that it mattered but i think uct could not activate its effect when there is no monster that can be flipped face down.

@@EliteSavij in the ruling page of uct, it says ur opponent has to have a monster that can be flipp down. Not a link monster nor a token. In both cases u cant declare the effect nor destroy anything.
