Disney Movies started to suck around 2006 . They weren’t as meaningful an had no message behind it unlike earlier movies. Usually old disney movies taught u a life lesson or something important to take away from the film. Tbh the last disney movie I actually saw was 16 wishes back in 2010 with debby ryan lol i thought it was good. But i still love older disney movies like brink, color of friendship, zenon girl of the 21st century, 13th year, motorcross, the other me, etc i can go on lol

I like how they tried to pitch computer science as this class everyone would want to take when in reality most high schoolers would have probably chosen home ec anyways. Easy A, you get to eat in class, basically no homework. Computer science is tough and pretty boring for most people.
@LilyZerep7 жыл бұрын
Lol. Oh yeah. That's why my best friend and I signed up for Home Ec when we were in high school. Both thought it'd be an easy A and we get to cook and eat. It was fun but we still had to do book work like how she makes them take notes in the movie.

Both classes are useful as fuck though in comparison to some mandatory classes
@blazingfire3654 жыл бұрын
@@SirMrJames Nice 2 years late but I don't understand how either is useless. Comp Sci classes are usually taken for those who eventually do pursue it as a career and home ec is something you will eventually need in normal life. Being familiar with a kitchen and knowing how to cook properly is something most people know in their 20's and up. Some things that are useless in daily life are AP stats, trig/precal, Euro, etc. I would throw in Calc as well but since it's not mandatory in most American high schools ig ill let that one slide. Honestly, even 9th and 10th grade English is useless since you end up learning it again in 12th and 12th, especially if you take AP or IB English. But hey, maybe learning how to use derivatives is more useful to you than being able to make your next meal.

Took computer science in 7th grade didn’t learn anything nor even use computers. Useless class but at least it was an easy A.
@nicoleackerman2052 жыл бұрын
They made us take computer science in 7th and 8th grade the kicker was the school just called it that to be policitly corrected it was just typing class and it was timed as well not fun.

Some okay very few Disney movies now days are pretty good. But back in the 2000s and below the movies always were good, even if they were a bit cheesy. They all had their own way of showing kids and adults the ways of life. The goods and bads, the becoming friends with people who are different, or that being yourself is alright. Disney had soo much more heart back then. I think if the generation who watched those Disney movies went into the show business they can bring Disney back from its depression.

As an adult now, I would have been thrilled to have that much confidence, passion, and vision as Bridgette Simons. That girl had a plan for her dreams. Would be proud to have a kid like that one day. Eddie’s dad got some nerve making fun of another coach’s day job as a nurse. He’s once there living vicariously through his son in a little league baseball.
@liana_jae_media99053 жыл бұрын
Cause the dad thinks cooking and nursing are more of a women’s job than a man job. That’s what annoyed me the whole movie were male being sexist and teenagers being teenagers making fun of a boy who likes to cook. At least a boy has talent to cook than most boys that don’t.
@adityajain12783 жыл бұрын
@@liana_jae_media9905 Thats the whole point of the movie though, to break gender norms. Movies are a reflection of society and that's the reality of how a lot of people were back then (and some even today). This movie was way ahead of it's time, and instead of annoying you, it should make you glad that in the end they came to realize that being "manly" isn't everything.
