Eddie, I absolutely love the fact that the oldest person on the show is doing the walk!!! Way to show up all those young kids! I would have thought that Lunchbox would have volunteered to join you but after thinking about it, it hit me. There is no way Lunch would do that. I have absolutley so much respect and admiration for Eddie even more that I did before. When I heard he and his wife fostered 2 boys I knew how special he was. When I hear him talk about his sons and how much he loves them it's so great. He has such a great outlook and I think I love him

Did you feel that the inflammation decreased after you got out of the ice bath? Is it easy or harder to sleep after walking so much? Yes pickle juice helps muscle cramping really quick. I always keep pickle juice in the refrigerator for that reason. Praying for you and all foster kids everywhere.

Ice baths are the best. Google cryotherapy. And the pickle juice has lots of salt. Eddie, you rock. Keep up the good work.
