Not a whole lot to say on this one...other than we have Eddie Vedder performing the Warren Zevon tune entitled "Keep Me In Your Heart" live on The Howard Stern Show. I'm gonna be 100% honest here...I almost didn't post this one. This one hit me hard. My wife convinced me not only to post it, but also to leave a lot of what I was going to cut out in the video.
