Dave Abbruzzese was a huge and underestimated part of VS. His contribution to the songwriting and also the super tight drumming elevated that album to the most powerful PJ record in my opinion.

I remember being in my college dorm lounge watching SNL and just feeling amazed by Pearl Jam in 1992. That was 30 years ago but somehow the memory of that inspiring feeling has stayed with me. Probably the memory is reinforced when I hear those songs again, as that happens with songs and memories. I went to buy Ten at the time, probably the next day or that week and it was sold out. Had to go back to the store a few times to buy it. Definitely got my money's worth on that one! Still have the CD and play it occasionally. Anyway, great album and it's always a pleasure to listen Pearl Jam. Thank you for all of the good music Eddie Vedder and Pearl Jam.

Absolute legend. PJ is such a mood, well, all music is really and playing/listening to it puts you back in the same mood. It must be comforting, and kind of tiring having to reproduce that mood for 30+ years. Lucky it's a good mood and Eddie and his team have stuck to it. Nothing beats their original albums though.
