I think that's Mike Pope on bass (I dont know who Dave Pope is, referenced in the description). Mike Pope is one of the greatest bass playerd on the planet.. played in Chick Cora's Elektric Band... among others.. So, yeah, you'd have to be a monster to be the other bass player with Vic Wooten.

Yes, Mike is playing the 6 string bass. Dave, who is also an amazingly talented musician, is Mike's brother. This was at Dave's house.
