I forgot about hyperlapse with way points! I need to start playing with that functionality. Thanks for the info!

Thank you Eddie for a great tutorial on the Hyperlaps. You put a lot of work into this for us. I’m motivated by you to go back to practice my hyperlap creations.

Been so busy...playin catch up...great job! Eddie. The one feature I have yet to try...Hyperlapse. Maybe if I purchase some quality cigars. I would appreciate doing Hyperlapse more often 🤔💨😶🌫.

Ha! Most of these I did while enjoying a cigar 🙌

I have to admit that must of the time I forget to Hyperlapses, I actually do more of them on my Action camera. But your wonderful tutorial have inspired to take more of them this summer. And packed this video with so much information, I'm going to have to take notes to remember it all. Great video, and thanks for sharing Eddie.

You should! Cant wait to see some of your hyperlapses.

Great work, hopefully others will understand & take the time to create instead of using the "ok" DJI generated file 💪🏾 💪🏾

I shoot a ton of Hyperlapses as well and using Waypoints is by far the easiest option to use but here lately I’ve been using free. You said it is the worst option. I only will agree with you because you have to hold the RC in your hands the entire time but I’ve noticed that sometimes waypoints can drift especially if you shoot one in daytime then go back to the same location and fly at night, it won’t be exactly the same path and I’m told DJI knows about this and hasn’t done anything about that. Every Hyperlapse that I create is 100% created on my iPad Pro. I follow a similar workflow as you showed in this video. The stabilization in LumaFusion is not the greatest in my opinion so I may try some where I reduce the speed like you mentioned. Getting the Hyperlapse as smooth as I can is my only issue. It helps with the wind speeds are low and no gusts too lol.
@MrEddieNunez3 ай бұрын
Yeah, low wind helps so much. You are 100% spot on about waypoints being very inconsistent, that is why I try to limit them to 3.

Thanks bro! I started playing around with Hyperlapes but didn't like the way it looked. I made some notes and I'm going ahead and trying them.. Awesome video as always, thanks for sharing!!

Great video, and I agree with the best 3 modes, however, I do use free if I’m filming something like a storm rolling in, where that’s the only focus, but u don’t move the drone when I use free. I just let it hover, pointing in one direction.
@MrEddieNunez3 ай бұрын
Good point! Never thought of that use case for free mode. I will give it a shot.

Good tips, Eddie. Last time I tried a traffic hyperlapse, I needed more than an ND1000, since I wanted the cars to be quite "motion blurry." I only had an ND1000 so I had to wait until sunset for optimal blur.
@MrEddieNunez3 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching. I assume you were using the Air or Mini series. On the Mavic series it’s more controllable with the ND1000 since you can increase your aperture.
@SunriseWaterMedia3 ай бұрын
@@MrEddieNunez Ahh, yes, very true. I was using a Mini 4 pro.
@cre8tivity063 ай бұрын
With a ND 1000 on a bright sunny day I can make a very busy Highway look like there is hardly any cars moving. Almost looks empty actually. All about knowing your camera settings to get the results you want.
@SunriseWaterMedia3 ай бұрын
@@cre8tivity06 I think the variable aperture is key, which I didn't have on the Mini 4 pro.
