Those eddoes were cooked to perfection. The color of the curry is spectacular. Tek Wan big up!! Hi country gul. blessed good day to all of you. In Trinidad here we call that plantains Moko. The regular ones are plantains and the one you are using there are called Moko. I guess diffrent places refer to them differently. have a blessed day.
