No, just call it Kizomba, if you gonna try to whitewash our culture like that. Improvisation of Kizomba doesn’t make a new dace. And since when it’s french culture? You don’t even give credits to Angola. Seriouly, i watch the evolution started in Portugal in the 90s slowly moving to this. Music is same, tempo is same, tarrachinha tricks, man you lie, why you guys don’t want to credit Africa-Angola for this? This is cultural appropriation. We dance ballet African style, we still call it Ballet and credit it’s origins
