Happiness from what I know is more temporal and reactionary. Like dopamine when something good happens Joy is something different that we cherish and gives us enjoyment just to think about. As Christians I believe we should be praying for people to disconnect from technology and find what an amazing pleasure we can tap into because of who God is and his promises. Like Jesus giving us living water that we never go thirsty. Tapping into this joy by fasting meditation. Studies show the happiest people are people that have a practice of gratitude. Happiness - closer to dopamine Joy - closer to dopamine. Life is hard yo But God is good and works all things for good for those that love him and are called according to his purpose. What amazing joy we all have access to if we take the time to store up his word in our hearts. God bless you and your positivity :) stay blessing people
