People who are winner from April 2022 Lottery (invested upto 90 % amount) they are still struggling to get possession here. Be careful while choosing this property.

Customers cannot sale this property for next 5 years. 3. MHADA postponed possession dates couple of times. (Sept 2022, Dec 2022, March 2023). Now they are telling June 2023 4. MHADA have changed amenities couple of times without informing buyers.
