@@nileshsranade For this project Possession was committed on December 2022. No firm answers by MHADA authorities on this topic. Couple of changes in amenities without informing buyers. People who are winner from April 2022 Lottery (invested upto 90 % amount) they are still struggling to get possession here. Be careful while choosing this property.

Hello Mam , can you please check & confirm on below points that we heard… 1..68 Lakhs is base price, on top of that customer have to pay --4.76 Lakhs as stamp duty/registration+ 71 thousand as a rent to MHADA + 21000 thousand as one year maintenance. 2. Customers cannot sale this property for next 5 years. 3. MHADA postponed possession dates couple of times. (Sept 2022, Dec 2022, March 2023). Now they are telling June 2023 4. MHADA have changed amenities couple of times without informing buyers.

On advertise hoardings its written that free parking for every flat. But don't trust it blindly . MHADA have changed amenities (e,g. Solar Water system) couple of times without informing buyers.
