I love Myntra. All the ones complaining about quality, order from reputed brands and you won’t complain. Myntra cannot magically improve quality of clothes from bad brands

Fax but I recently ordered one product from mango and I received someone’s returned item all tho I kept it cause returning again is a hassle here🥲

@@edenla How do you know it has been returned by someone else? And also return process is so easy you can just simply return it if you are not satisfied rather than keeping it and then regret it. I have been using Myntra since last 10 years, I return whatever I don't like. I always buy from reputed brands so I don't face any issues. If I don't like a product I simply return it and get myself something else Infact H&M clothes also I buy from Myntra only. H&M website keeps cancelling orders for no reason

It was harder to return, as the pickup agent didn't take it as it didn't match the item I ordered, I kept telling him that is the reason I am returning it, even customer care wasn't too helpful

OMG !! Couldn't agree more. Myntra used to fall on top in the list of online shopping platforms for me but now it's loosing everything....in 4-5 orders I get 1-2 that is satisfactory not even good.
