Beautiful three-story mansion, I like the beautiful yellow car cover in the front yard. I like the covered pool in the back. I like the white floor marble and black floor wall living room. I like the white marble kitchen. I like the master bedroom and master bathroom. A luxury mansion is better shown with furniture inside it. One thing that is noticeably absent for this price is landscaped outside space for a garden with water features. Although the house is beautiful, I wasn't very sure of the shower head quality. Nevertheless, the house is beautiful, but the price would make much more sense with the aforementioned additional aspects. But as has been previously said, buying a property in a prime location in Lagos comes with a price.

I've been watching quite a few of your videos. Great job with your presentation style. While I love these new developments in Lagos, I can't help to shake the closed wall style that I see in all the homes. These are all modern design from the outside but once you step in the walls/rooms seem closed off. I thought modern design would highlight more of an open concept.

Everything is so beautiful with top notch material! The kitchen has windows over the sink, which is an awesome plus. The house is certainly big, but with the other houses so close, it takes away from the views. But all in all, it's a beautiful home I'd love to have!!!
