Beautiful three-story mansion, I like the beautiful yellow car cover in the front yard. I like the covered pool in the back. I like the white floor marble and black floor wall living room. I like the white marble kitchen. I like the master bedroom and master bathroom. A luxury mansion is better shown with furniture inside it. One thing that is noticeably absent for this price is landscaped outside space for a garden with water features. Although the house is beautiful, I wasn't very sure of the shower head quality. Nevertheless, the house is beautiful, but the price would make much more sense with the aforementioned additional aspects. But as has been previously said, buying a property in a prime location in Lagos comes with a price.

While I love these new developments in Lagos, I can't help to shake the closed wall style that I see in all the homes. These are all modern design from the outside but once you step in the walls/rooms seem closed off. I thought modern design would highlight more of an open concept.

The house is modern the kind you see in the US and Canada and is different from most homes you see in Nigeria, the powder room is beautiful and welcoming for guests, the faucets and shower faucets and head in the master bedroom are awesome, but having a gym and theater on the last floor invades the owner's personal space e.g you invited a guest to watch a movie, I mean they have to climb all the way up and seeing different rooms, don't like that idea, if the gym and the theater were on the ground floor it would have been perfect, but other than that the house is indeed beautiful and lovely.
