ABSOLUTELY LOVELY home!!! There are only 2 reasons why I would not buy it. 1) The swimming pool is in the front yard instead of the back, and 2) The lot is TOO SMALL!!! If you fart loud your neighbor will hear it!

Why is there a fire place in the living area? Is there winter in Nigeria? The see-through glass to the kitchen means no privacy, perhaps it could be frosted or they're going to use drapes. The space is too small for a pool. The jacuzzi on the roof top is just okay.

Confidence, well done on another nice video. However, I have to ask, is this a house or a nightclub? It's got more lights than Studio 54! It's clear that whoever buys this isn't buying it for a home, but as a trophy. It's so futuristic and pristine, there's absolutely no point putting in any furniture, as that would take away from It's beauty. And to those complaining about the small plot size, I think the developer has actually done an incredible job of managing to get so many features into such a small space. It points to where Lagos property prices are headed, as land in premium locations is becoming more and more scarce. Less than half a billion for a house of this caliber and in this location is actually quite reasonable.

The highlight of this tour is the developer walking with Confidence and explaining things, giving an insight into what inspired what.
