Gorgeous as usual. May you please consider going into detail about the building material that constitutes the buildings for sale in your videos. A more in-depth description of the distinction, between, say, oak and pine will inform the buyer of the price points and speak to their preferences in terms of feel, duration, and aesthetic of the material. Smooth stucco walls compared to say, a marble facade appeal to different buyers, and so do marble vs granite (and its duration and other qualities) vs granite-effect (which is a crucial distinction) kitchen countertops. The reason I say this, is that the properties that you are selling (and doing so very well) occupy a very high price bracket, and maybe appealing to fickle-minded and particularly exacting buyers, who may want detail of how one offering distinguishes itself from another competing listing. Just a thought. Keep up the good work and positive energy. Love your show!

The developer could make it better in these ways: Kitchen has no store. Master bedroom has toilet facing you whenever you wake up (I won't like that). Master toilet: why would they have toilet seat so close to the bath tub? This house would have been better with a 4 bedroom setup to create room for bigger washroom, store in the kitchen, more space in the kitchen to at least contain a small freezer. Eradicate the family lounge to create more space for the toilets. Developers can do better, they should watch how it's done in other countries.

@Prime View again, there is a Refrigerator & a Freezer in the kitchen & the store is between the kitchen & laundry room. Yes the toilet is a tight fit in the Primary Suite & you can hang curtains if you don't like the glass wall to the toilet.😉
