Yeah but if you consider that the sequel where Simba shamelessly banished Kovu despite he HAD nothing to do with it and being unlikable just like the bunch of stupid animals, It's kinda cathartic. Note: I get that Simba suffered from PSTD and so did the animals, but sympathetic or not, it doesn't excuse their actions
