Tom Phillips ragos got a 555 and i see a couple 404s lying around there. i know archy uses a sp404 for some shit cos of a hypebeast article i saw a while back. so i bet a lot of it is the effects on the sp. those things are literally effects heaven; so many are built into those things. but other than that i know he uses a boss digital delay, so i presume this is a big part of his sound as well. if you want crazy delays/reverb get an avalanche run by earthquaker devices. my homie has one and theyre fucking crazy, you can make some crazy ass soundscapes using em.
