Very nicely-appointed homes although a little on the small side for 2 bedroom apartments. I think your 1st and 3rd units had the square footage miscalculated at over 6000! Looks like the conversion from sq m was given as 10 times more than it should have been. Oops!

Yes Gert, they are rising, but it also depends a lot on the location. I mostly show Sukhumvit.

not sure how they can raise the prices,the edge was built in 2016 I believe, so the one unit has sat unsold and un rented for 6 years, but they will raise the price soon?yeah that should help sell it?...soooo many for sale....sooo many for rent....sooo many vacant...soooo many being built....The edge consist of 443 units...405 are for rent...lol...202 are for sale(almost half the building)...imagine half your neighborhood in the USA having for sale signs up and 90% being vacant and for rent....

Rental price can be between 45 and 65 ,000 THB. Depends on the size and hight of the unit.
