This was a great game to watch guys, even if two of your decks had no sleeves on, which is more difficult for me to watch than it should be, it's not as bad as nails on a chalkboard, but was still fun to see hah. I remember playing at events in Manchester around 1995 when it was common for many people to play without sleeves, and even as a kid back then I would always put my deck in penny sleeves. Was fun to see Steve and Lewis from Gathering the Magic, already subscribed to him and enjoy his content a lot too, it would be great to see them again for more games.

You won't BELIEVE how many people were upset about this! One of the magic principles I have is that every player should have a sleeveless deck! If you don't have one, I honestly recommend! Whack some cheap cards together and off you go! Christian

Nice match. That vanilla creatures maybe can use some +1/1+counters strategy to support it. And you can use some fight spells as spot removal. I love the paint on your wall, where do you got that cow?. Very cool.

Always live budget builds/matches. I made a $25 etali deck (not including basics and commander) and it is surprisingly powerful. Ice made a few upgrades here and there so it's definitely not at that budget anymore but I can always switch it back there if I ever wanted

No sleeves are as painful to see here nearly as much as one guy from my local. But this is why ive been playing EDH since it was first commercial release, you can make such interesting decks with no budget and then you can even start to improve them over time with new releases or saving up for the higher priced cards slowly.
