The rest of the business world tends to prefer SFTP over AS2. Choose SFTP if you need strong authentication and firewall options. With SFTP, you can use a user ID and password or use SSH keys with (or in place of) passwords to authenticate a server-to-server connection

What is future of edi developer growth
@techbsp44562 жыл бұрын
It is true that other technologies have emerged to challenge EDI’s share of electronic B2B sales, mainly APIs. Among the companies we serve, APIs and EDI are complementary, rather than competing, methodologies for exchanging e-commerce data. As such, each has a role to play in the modern integration ecosystem. At the same time, it’s worth noting that EDI expansion continues across all industries, and accounts for 78% of all electronic B2B sales. So it’s no surprise that we’re bullish on the future of EDI and the growth potential for EDI developers.

I’m an EDI analyst, how do I become an Edi developer? I have some CS courses from college
@techbsp4456 Жыл бұрын
If you want to learn the development for an EDI developer position then you will have to learn the programming language like Java, XML, .Net, SQL etc. There are multiple companies hires an EDI developer for providing the services for their clients.

@@techbsp4456 I know SQL, XML at expert level. For OOP I couldn’t handle Java so I did Python instead 😀 and a little bit of C which I probably don’t remember coz that was 20 years ago. I will look into Java then. The pay gap between analyst and developer is so high I’d want some of that money lol
