Well.... I know he said water ball, but i think he meant what he said. If you look at it, the jell-o has to be consumed in water in order for it to work. Even though it forms into a solid it still contains Water. Or when you're finished making the "jello balls" you put it in water to keep it chill (I suppose).

+alexia nelson no you didnt. Which is exactly why it's not that accurate. If someone wants to do this to actually have a ball of gelatinous water. It might make sense that they would make jello if that's what they wanted. Otherwise it's stating the obvious and using a loophole to call it a water ball when it's Jell-O just because you make Jell-O using a majority of water. Either way. There is no way around the fact that this is Jell-O. It's literally what he uses. This is not science. It's following the instructions on a Jell-O box/packet and putting it in a mold. Want cubes of Jell-O instead of cutting them? Use an ice cube tray. Exact same thing. Dissapointing and misleading (arguably correct if you really don't care that it's not water) at the best.

The collagen in gelatin does come from boiling the bones and hides of animals processed for their meat (usually cows and pigs). But hooves consist of a different protein, keratin, which can't produce gelatin.
