Thanks for this video. I usually only wear RM totes/larger bags/chain bags as shoulder bags and not cross body because they are so heavy! But I prefer shoulder bags so it works out perfectly. I love the feel of her bags. Hate the hardware can chip sometimes though. I try to stick with gold or pewter.

That would be my recommendation with RM hardware - stick to those two! Even brands like YSL black HW still chip.

I just discovered RM this year and now have two Edies! The smaller size of this top handle in the Malbec shade and the black crossbody version of it. Love them both! You really can’t beat the prices, especially on sale. And since you mentioned her, I also got my first Tory Burch bags this year as well! Both are great brands.

Love the Edies!! It’s a great alternative to the YSL Lou Lou but they are their own brand and style so it’s not too replicated. I’ve had several before and loved them ❤️ Tory Burch is also another great brand for quality and classic pieces. Enjoy them!!!

Rebecca Minkoff is one of my fave handbag designers. I just bought my first Edie maxi shoulder bag from the sameple sale. Her bags definitely feel luxe to me and great quality. The black on black looks good on this bag. You can usually find good deals on RM bags online.

Oh that’s a beautiful bag. May have to snag one if it goes on sale. I used to own a lot of her bags like the Julian backpack and the Megan totes. Agree on the quality and will be adding more of her things to my collection soon!

Hi! I did not keep it but I do have the Edie shoulder flap in black with black hardware. There’s been some minor chipping on the chain where it runs up and down the grommets but otherwise looks good!

Hi there, how is this purse holding up over time since July? I don't know if you've carried it that much but it looks like it gets a lot of creasing from slouching and so forth or something because I see a lot of pictures where they have a lot of lines in the leather and I kind of fear purchasing and having that happen. I'm very careful with my handbags but they look like they're brand new and they have all kinds of creases all over them :(

I don’t think so. At least if you don’t want it poking out of the bag. An iPad would fit though.

how structured is the bag?

It’s pillowy but it’s structured as well. The center divider helps and it stands up on its own perfectly. The one thing I will say is if one half is heavier than the other, it may falls towards that side so I would recommend keeping both sides of the divider sort of equal in weight/contents.
