Equip peacekeeper to peacekeeper, then equip that to another monster. It will die because it's equip target is no longer a monster. Will not make peacekeeper miss timing, search for union

12:10 he is using the one that is currently a monster to equip to another monster, so the one that is currently an equip spell falls off, gets destroyed and can search.

Is that destroying the peacekeeper? Maybe this is an Edison ruling, but in current format, equips that lose target just get sent to gy, not destroyed.

@@danielstrakna5081 yeah, old rulings worked that way, something doesn't just get sent to GY if it gets replaced, it gets destroyed. That's why Geartown works the way it does in Edison too

I got it from the creator: 3 marrionette mite 3 emmersblade 3 howling insect 3 verd sancruary 3 lava golem 3 barbaros * 3 grinder golem * 3 trade-in * 3 doom dozer 3 creature swamp 3 advance draw* 2 skill drain 1 fulhelmknight * (after crashes with emmers, you can use it with grinder tokens to make armory arm, equip it to a golem on opponent's side, and potentially crash for game--psycho play but kinda unrealistic) Then just add some spells and traps of your chopsing. Lair wire is decent but you kinda want to banish insects for doom dozer. Compuls can bounce back lava golem or grinder golem. Asterisked cards are optional ratios, less important. Grinder golem tends to brick more than it helps, but you don't really have much to do with marrionette mite without. Barbaros is negotiable but synergizes with trade in, advanced draw, and especially skill drain. Lmk if you get anywhere with it, it has potential. It's fun but has too many moving parts and loses to ryko without skill drain

12:10 he didnt equip all 3 to gearframe. They equipped the 1st to the 2nd, then equipped the 2nd to the 3rd which triggered effect since it would be destroyed by not having its original monster targeted to equip this search, then the 3rd to gearframe thus another search. The most likely that karpath actually reads this comment is unlikely so i will donate $1000 if he responds to this and all of my past comments. #KarpathPayAttentionToCommentsAndGetPaid.

frame fort fort and frame fort gadj are sadly not quite 8k boards, and gadj with 500 more atk vs blackwing is quite important. 2300 gearframe kinda nice too haha

Peacekeeper dies due to game mechanics and I think in Edison, this counts as being destroyed. In the previous game, Peacekeeper equipped to Fortress, Zombie World activates and Peacekeeper dies due to game mechanics since Fortress is a Zombie now. I assume this counts as being destroyed when it dies from game mechanics.

@@IndexInvestingWithCole Equip spells are considered sent to the graveyard when the monster leaves the field. Field spells are considered sent to the graveyard when another is activated (Geartown). Being sent to the graveyard through game mechanics was only considered destroyed in the past formats.
