Under Diamond Dude effect, the restriction does not apply. I didn't technically activate the CARD, only the EFFECT. Knight's Title off DDude means I get to summon DM Knight for free too :)

Diamond Dude copies the effect, so the restriction does not apply. For a more modern example, it's the reason why you can use Verte Anaconda to use the effect of Red Eyes Fusion.

With Verte Anaconda, you can dump Red Eyes Fusion which ordinarily you cannot summon the turn of, and that part is ignored. I have to imagine this is the same, because it copies the effect, but youre not technically activating the card.
