Wait doesn’t supay and all that miss timing when you magic planter a limit reverse thats attached to them? I remember someone was trying to do that with machina peacekeeper but that also missed timing

It doesn't miss timing because the last thing to happen is limit reverse activating to pop

The difference with peacekeeper is that if it's equipped, it gets sent to grave by magic planter, not by the effect of the card magic planter sent to grave :)

@@ColgateVTlimit reverse is a continuous effect, the card you summon is sent to the GY immediately when it leaves the field (for cost). the last thing to happen is magic planter draw.

that Lightsworn player seeing Heavy Storm in the first 5 cards game 2 and 3 was insane. saw Heavy every single game against the backrow deck lmaoooo. they had Road for it but still crazy to think about

Hold, Rainbow Flower could maybe a direct attacker to consider since it can be summoned off of Lonefire which gives you access to the plant engine

In the first game robbin goblin activates before trooper leaves field. They are different chains not cl1cl2

Awesome decks! Only fitting that Colgate (the Oracle of the Sun player) was in the same video as that Archfiend deck as they have cooked with that deck a bit in Vampire Format (the first time that deck is legal)

They had 2 other monsters in GY with 500 or less attack (Nightmare Horse and Blackwing - Fane)..

Yeah, Morphing Jar #2 does indeed work like that - it doesn’t count monsters sent back to the Extra Deck.

good goblin housekeeping is better for SDAM. Since you guarantee you wont draw what you want to send back. And it doesnt take up a normal summon, unlike vortex trooper

9:08 you can't tribute summon Gorz under Gozen Match when turtle is face up, but it's ok

Gozen and Rivalry have cursed Edison rulings that allow tribute summoning over monsters with different attributes/types (assuming you wouldn't have conflicting monsters after the tribute summon). It's a big reason you don't see those cards more since they don't stop caius very well. You can confirm it in the individual card rulings section of the Edison format website. //The ruling was changed by Konami in the TCG shortly after Edison format.

Pretty sure with skill drain active you still have to pay for maintenance costs for the Archfiend monsters on standby phase

Correct, however, the Archfiend player had Pandemonium on field for almost the entire game which does specifically say you don't have to pay the Archfiend maintaining costs.
