It's called King of the Skull Servants. Basicly it gains 1000 atk for each Skull Servant name in your graveyard. It also has a revival effect for when it is destroyed in battle.

@@LegacyRetroFormats It's just a rogue deck that uses the Zombie package. The big point is summon a big beater by sending other copies with its name to graveyard.
