It was winnable all the games. 17:10 you could just summon Samnite, attack two tokens. Special summon Bestiari with Equeste and Equeste(or even murmillo) with Samnite. Try to pop fertlizer, add chariot. If Tytannial negs Bestiari you can special summon tiger for Darius as follow up. If it does not you just Gyza to force tytannial, set chariot and next turn you probably have another gyza next turn with Retiari attacking, summoning Darius and Test tiger to Gyzarus. Probably there is even a spot for Heraklinos but you drew Gorz. 42:33 why not dust tornado? lol

Smart think on the play at 17:10. I should have summoned a GB and attacked the two tokens taking away his negates here you are right. Did not think about that or the tiger to darius comeback play

@LexingtonYugioh The dust wasn't drawn on their turn. You set it on your turn, and he went and drew Mark. You 100% chain dust tornado there.

Stop adapting! Actually this was a great learning session to see how some decks could start to adapt. Very GLAD to have seen this now than in an important tournament.

@@ma.2099 hahaha i have definitely done this in the past and have been running into glads a bit more recently. Makes sense why he had this in the side. I think from your end, you have to really focus your backrow removal on mark post board. Or even have to resort to stopping the attack of the glad that was stolen.

@@LilManYGO for sure. I think for such a small space, it’s a great tech and would be surprised to even see frogs with so many econ doing the same in the future. People really overestimate how tough the match ups can be for GB. As you saw, tytannial solos GB same as it does for most Edison decks. Gotta really figure that one out.
