I used to play on 30 fps … sadly but now I’m on 60 fps (on KbM) and I can see so much difference. It’s less laggy and I have more frames and lower packet loss

I will explain, your monitor has a certain [refresh rate or hz(hertz) ] this shows how many frames can be shown on 1 screen, no your eye does not see if hz, if you are playing on a monitor for 60hz you will not be able to see the frames above that, yes you may be able to run it, but not actually see it, although having higher frames can decrease ping and decrease latency/delay.

This is what some people don't get right and that's it's a difference between playing 30 fps on switch vs on pc because the pc can hold a super stable 30 fps witch the switch can't because if you ever played on a switch you know it jumps down to 10-20 fps sometimes

So you if you don't know you don't need to edit the game files or whatever to make it 1 fps you just limit your fps with the gpu control panel if I don't know it's name for Radeon but I know that you can atleast access Nvidia one and Radeon's one by clicking right click anywhere on the desktop then looking for the panel and opening it
