Not everyone can afford a lawyer in a situation like this - especially since the judges aren't able to at any stage appoint a specific date to hear her out. When this happens there is no point risking a lawyer as the uncertainty on dates would cost her a lot because she would have to ask a lawyer to attend each time with no guarantee of progress.Surely the judges get this dilemma? But no I guess they don't. I myself have experienced this - in fact it felt like that unless I had a lawyer to represent me I will have to wait for an endless amount of time. Justice seems to have fallen by the wayside. Even though crimes have been committed against the person who is self representing themselves - they make no allowances. Listening to this poor woman trying to relate her story about her tragic loss made me weep with frustration and sorrow over what she must be feeling - she has suffered so much grief and loss and yet the two judges seemed not to care..😢
