Father Kris Schmidt is a priest for the Archdiocese of Edmonton and he currently serves as the pastor for St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Camrose. He grew up in St. Albert, attending Holy Family Catholic Church and he entered St. Joseph’s Seminary at age 21 in 2008. He was ordained a priest in 2015. Father Kris is currently the Vocations Lead for the Archdiocese of Edmonton.

I love how real this priest is. I'm discerning to a cloistered religious community. I'm terrified. I don't want to answer the call to a very radical way of life so far from my beloved parents. I don't know what I am doing 😅
