😢 journaling this morning I realized I have allowed myself to live within this elongated emotion of fear / worry / doubt. Looking and predicting all the terrible things that could happen to me. I have given up so many beautiful moment with my wife, my family and phone calls with loved ones I’ll never get back. 🥺 It always seems so overwhelming to start making these changes in the moment but I know it necessary and worth it. I must get to one of his events this year.

The future is a vast, open space of possibilities my friend. Possibilities that YOU get to decide that you want. There is an incredible existence out there for you full of love, and happy moments, and laughter, and joy. It's the rewiring of the brain from repetition of new thought patterns. That's all. @@kimellis1294. I’m sorry. I can hear your strong. Then I hear me. But But But and I’ll keep just getting by , not happily. Unless I CAN BECOME SOMEBODY ELSE which I’ve tried and tried and tried somehow always forgetting to be strong after awhile. Then I get upset, chastise myself. Back to thought , don’t think that stef ! , then I think the right words but the altered effect or emotional reaction or memory doesn’t come. As promised. Do it again Stef, stop using those words of the past, from that choice, those words. Take your attention away from them, , When the body feels that goodness of elevated emotion, slides in replacement words like gratitude. When something happens to you and you say thanks the body understands , you hold that all day and if you get thru all that. Nobody changes unless they change their energy. Good luck world. I think something people forget to touch on is the POWER OF FORGIVENESS. Most people hold onto these past negative experiences, traumas, etc. because they have not truly forgiven the other person who hurt them.

For me it is the fear of lack of money. I want to change. I am going to change. I have started a gratitude journal, yesterday I didn't and I noticed the difference in my day. For the last approximately 13 years I have been listening to Jerry/ Esther Hicks and Abraham, Wayne Dyer, Rhonda Byrne, Bob Proctor, and The Secret and I have been learned. Yet these last few weeks I have been listening to Joe and I am understanding so much more. I am a doer and I am learning how to meditate.

Dr. Joe is the first person I've heard speak about the addiction to emotions. It's a hard concept to initially wrap one's mind around because we don't want to accept that we actually do feel a rush of self-righteousness and indignation when we attach to the negative emotions we feel come up within us, in particular when we're triggered by a person, event, memories, etc... it's been transformative to accept this truth in order to liberate myself from it. 🕊

Infinity mirror Waking up to the light of your own spirit is like looking into an infinity mirror. At first look you see only the surface but then when you look behind you see more and more and you experience more and more, and more until Infinity. Until the Spirit that we are, and the human that we are, blend in perfect harmonious balance. That is the goal! Life is a beautiful platform for learning and growing and connecting with one's own Divine self in this marvelous experiential domain. Namaste.
