Obaseki was a mistake he never really understood the Edo people he was more like a foreigner. Igiodalo will be the same. the Edo people want basic things that's what we asked for. For 7 Obaseki blamed the FGN for bad roads in Edo state. As a result of the bad roads food is no longer in the reach of a common man in Edo state. it said that Obaseki is a technocrat. how could that be ? someone who couldn't understand that roads are a vital factor for economical developments of a state or a nation. technocrat indeed. Edo people nor be mumu Edo people needed good roads for goods and services, security to protect their lives and property and then power for their small scale industries these are the primary needs of the Edo people and then health care and education, simple. but what did he do? he imposed his personal ideas on Edo people like the fiber optic cable project. How does that help the common man today in Edo state . Igiodalo will be a mistake if elected as the governor of Edo state in my opinion. he doesn't speak any of the Edo dialects, does he understand the ways of the Edo state people? which is enveloped in traditions and culture. if not, what is he coming to do as a governor,? to serve his people or to rule over them . Obaseki is a royal governor we don't need such a person, all we need is someone who can attend to our needs, and bring solutions to our immediate problems while planning for the future. Enough of Royal governors away with them. we need loyal servants for the good people of Edo state. My question is how can you govern people you don't know? For me this is more like the military era or is it another colonialism? Hmmmm the risk is high with Ighodalo.
