If I may ask is it a crime to checkmate the local government chairmen because since the local government chairmen has been in office nothing to show they are just there to embezzle money no projects to show ,local government are supposed to be in charge of cleaning their locality go to the market huge of dirty is everywhere but they are collecting revenue daily.
