Signatory Vintage Small Batch Edition #8 Edradour 8 years with 48.1% Vintage 2012 Single Malt Scotch Whisky Review from WhiskyJason
The Edradour 8 years 2012/2020 from Signatory was matured for 8 years in three First Fill Sherry barrels butts and three First Fill Bourbon barrels.
This Edradour was distilled in February and June 2012 respectively and bottled on 04 Aug 2020. The barrels had the numbers 296, 299, 300, 58, 59 and 60.
The Edradour 8 years 2012/2020 Signatory Small Batch #8 is bottled with 48.1% ABV. The bottling is not colored or chill-filtered.

Nice review, Jason. I reccomend you check out the Edradour Natural Cask Strength bottlings, which come in Ibisco decanters. Nowadays they are usually 12 years old, for example 2006 vintage (whiskybase #139859). Or another Signature bottling from their Un-chillfiltered series, 10 yo sherry matured Edradour (for example 2009 vintage whiskybase #155777). Those are both single cask releases so different casks are available on different markets. There are also some older bottlings, including some Italian or French wine finnishes, but they are fairly steeply priced and not so easy to get.
