​@@Wardy325 The Storror awards are haphazardly selected. Now the video itself is probably simulated. They discuss the awards ahead of time rather than voting on the spot, so I don't think it really comes down to Sacha. Nonetheless, Storror has no clear process for selecting the winners. Fundamentally it's difficult to pick the best parkour athlete because the sport is so diverse. What does it even mean to be the best parkour athlete? Storror tend to lean towards their own definition of the sport and its culture. We've never seen Bob Reese in the awards, for instance, despite him being an incredible athlete with a huge reach. Storror seem to think he doesn't do parkour. They also tend to overlook Americans or non-British people in general and they are biased towards people who post weekly videos on KZbin like they do. fwiw Storror also seem to know very little about women's parkour although this year was a little better. I hope they can make the awards a bit more professional in the future. Verky and Ed are clearly in the same league as athletes. I think Verky won because of his character. I think some people see Ed as a more traditional athlete and gymnast who represents the gymification of parkour. Travis on the other hand is more of a rogue and seems like more of a street rat. I don't think it's crazy to pick Verky but it felt a little cheap to me. Ed has destroyed every competition he has been at, including AoM, which he could have won if the scoring worked a bit differently.

Ed and verky are on same level but imo I seemed to enjoy more of verky videos before he got injured.. if I had to pick the deciding vote like Sascha did between the athletes on there awards video I just saying that verky would of been my choice.. not easy to pick between the two as both are excellent..
