Reading for gist and emotion Look for reactions of writer Expression of emotion ...hedging words in the options Strategy says answer is after the contrast word It's refreshing....express approval Hedging words in question....suggest, feels 🎉Annoyed, concerned, surprised, frustrated.......hedging words Look for the subject Identify and eliminate negative options Contrast words are however and complex sentences ❤hedging word in question ...suggest ,feels Hedging words in answer options Annoyed, concerned, surprised, frustrated.. Reaction? Read for emotion. Look for the strategy..... only if it is there in the question. Look for contrast words - but Refreshing - approved Always look for - singular and plural.

Shilpa from edu batch 2024. My learning experience on this emotion based question. Reading part c Emotions ,GIST Sample-5 -Planning for future 7. writers reaction Approves; Surprised; worries; disappointed -You have to select Name as a strategy only if it is in the Question strategy. - Contrast word: in the text is But, it is refreshing to see. - paragraph The writer is approving. 15 Anand feels Annoyed; Concerning frustrated are the options, Surprised - writer is singular but in the text, many students is plural (Can be elimi nate as it is opposite. -If something that not given in the text .or change in the meaning.the text .you have to identify.. -Reading for emotions 1 Annoyed 2 Frustrated. 3 Concerned 4Surprised -Examples sentence of frustrated -OET is difficult 1.Despite of hardwork there is no real progress in their scores .3-We feel helpless that we are not able to make all OET aspirants successful. 4- If OET aspirants not follows the OET EDU skills guidelines all can crack oet. ALL these above are Frustrated Sentonces . Headging words in question, Suggest; feels - means emotions. The emotions in the option annoyed; Concerned; surprised; frustrated In the text their is a Contrast word- When Their is a However; but. -If their is Complex Sentence The answer will be in independent claus 5. Suggest; feels annoyed Surprised; frustrated Concerned; Contrast word There are still no real treatments - frustalion emotion. why cant we move that Success to people.
