Here’s a good dinner (Pepper steak marinate beans and rice) Cook steaks first (season how you like) 1 or 2 big bell peppers 2 ripe tomatoes 3 or more banana peppers Cook it with some butter or oil till it gets nice a fragrant. Add salt or Cajun spice depends on you. Cook on a medium fire for almost 10 mins and take the marinade out of the pan and pour it on the cooked steaks and leave it for at least 10 mins. Keep it hot so the steaks can absorb the juices. I usually use regular jalapeño refried beans. However you can mash pinto beans while adding cooked sorano peppers or jalapeños with some pepper Jack cheese and mix until it’s nice and smooth. Add oil to the beans to keep it consistent. Rice is by your choice. Either way enjoy.

Lalo would have been in-place of Tuco in the North, and Gus would have certainly been dead. Lalo would have been smart and realised that Walt’s meth is extremely good, so he would have been their distributor. I’m pretty sure Walt would stick with the deal like he did with Tuco, since Lalo was an ensured revenue stream. And since Lalo is secretive, smart, and doesn’t beat up his coworkers, Walt would simply do the 11 deals until he gets the $737,000 that he was originally aiming for. He’d then leave the business, but I think Lalo might try and make sure he doesn’t. I’d like to see how that turns out.

I think they like to add hints that Lalo is a perfectionist and takes pride in his mental prowess within the cartel. Similar to the scene where he tells Nacho not to get oil on his sink, or that he owns very nice things and keeps everything neat and organized. So when he moves the salt, I think that's his OCD kicking in, creating a sense of control and specificity, similar to how Gus makes his employee scrub the fryers, and then does it himself again after. They make the best players in the game extremely methodical and calculated. Lalo is the type of guy that makes sure his new TV has the most optimal sound configuration and placement possible before letting anyone use it lol
