This government is bitter everywhere!!! Now even to young ones in universities?? Why not give them loans as usual?? Infact Arap mashamba ako na wivu everywhere, then he's saying eti hustler Nation!!! Watagoma tuone kama utawezana, bureee kabisaaa.....

Kindly go to the universities and ask them if the loans have been stopped. Don't just write what you don't know
