I honestly love the Indian school education system actually. The only problem is lack of quality teachers and inefficient exam taking system that focuses on rote learning, the problem was never the syllabus!! Also the ability to choose subjects is great. The real change needed is in higher education because of the demand and suppy system and lack of skill building. Education till high school never had much problems to begin with.

Education till high school might have been "fun" or seemed "usefull and great". Don't get me wrong i also loved it but the fact is that it doesn't teach you the things you need, mental health, communication, friendships and relationships things about puberty and all. People tend to hate coaching classes but 1st to 10th aren't any better either.

Well, it's not completely matter either. It has got partical nature to it. But it doesn't have any rest mass. That is, it can't exist at rest. 🤔 It does have a mass, and only when it's moving. So, it isn't truly matter in a sense we see things around us. Light is basically very small packets of energy. Anyway, it's too tough for first grade to even understand. So it should be fine for them not fully understand it. Sometimes even 12th class student don't get it.

If we remember the quotation of Swami Vivekananda all this is justified "man is not travelling from error to truth, but from truth to truth, from lower to higher truth" for a kid who doesn't even know what is sunrise and sunset and when you're trying to teach the very concept you have to reduce the truth to a convenient level and explain. When we hear the fact in 6th standard that sun is not rising or setting it's just the earth revolving around sun, it is not changing the lower truth that we're experiencing sunrise and sunset. So I think it's justified. We're learning higher and higher truths which explains even the lower truths but not contradicting.
