Because the externally applied force was later removed, and then the system was allowed to perform free vibrations. And when a system is under free vibration, no external excitation acts/ no external excitation is considered.

Generally in physics, Both terms are same thing. For rotating body we use the word angular velocity. But here in vibration portion we are using the word angular frequency because the vibrating body has some frequency of vibration. It's unit is rad/s.

Jab humne spring ko x displace kiya uski equilibrium position se k(x+delta) toh mg se jayada hua kyunki k*delta =mg tha ...... toh acceleration toh upar ki taraf aaya ... toh inertia force toh neeche ki taraf aani chahiye na ..... can anybody explain ??

Hey Sushant, Here we are giving the displacement in downward direction. And always remember that the inertia force acts in the opposite direction of motion. (Yaha par downward direction me motion dete Hain so acceleration bhi download direction me hi hoga, and opposite direction means upward direction me inertia force lagega.) Hope you get the idea...
