Free version of ChatGPT is still 3.5 correct? Bing's Copilot use 4 or 4 turbo so wouldn't it be better for teachers to use it unless teachers are paying for a paid subscription to ChatGPT?

Yes, ChatGPT 3.5 is still free to use. It's actually a matter of choice. Personally, I prefer to use ChatGPT because Bing occasionally interrupts ongoing conversations, which can be frustrating and affect productivity.
