Vrna was based on work/occupation and the caste was by birth. Later the word vrna and caste was being used interchangbly

The manuscript was not translated into german by jacobi in 1909 ..... Actually it was discovered in 1905 by an Indian sanskrit scholar and librarian Rudrapatna Shamasastry at Oriental Research Institute, Mysore and Shamasastry was translated it first in 1909 into Sanskrit ,later in 1915 into English.... Please rectify the content

Bhai.......arthashastra was discovered in 1905 and arthashastra was influenced untill the 12th century and when it disappeared,it was rediscover in 1905 by rudrapatna shamasastry who published it in 1909 and the first translation was also by him and it was published in 1915
