I think best solution is that they bring combined rbi grade a and b, top 30 or 40 students get grade B and rest grade A

I took the RBI grade B course from your faculty, so what will happen to the course we bought if they conduct Grade A instead of Grade B. If they add one subject, will there be any course changes?

They rarely promote a grade B to the levels of deputy governer or EDs or governor now they are bringing grade a instead of grade b then it would be practically impossible. This is an issue in many departments like in rbi or in CAPFs too where DG or IG is an IPS officer, someone outsider not from withing the force. This should not be the case.
