I've heard this described as the way an actor throws a punch, vs how a stuntman throws a punch. Good stunt performers don't even need the favors from the camera, and can just make it look real however you want to film it. Second you see that wild angle it's a sign they couldn't get it any other way. It's a compromise... but it can still be used artfully.

He wouldn't fit. Especially with confusion of distribution rights belonging to universal for Hulk movies. There wouldn't of been another hulk movie for that reason. Plus he wanted way too much creative control with darker tone, movie bombed while Iron Man succeeded so audience decided which direction they want to see it go and Norton didn't like it.

@@DarkTalesProduction $150 million budget plus marketing, so about $225 million total. Theaters, directors, etc get about 40% of box office then taxes. Movie made $263 million world wide so if it didn't lose money then it barely broke even. Plus Edward Norton refused to promote his own movie or do press junkets.

@Onion Face Can't make another movie with him solo because distribution rights and pure cost. Hulk is proven to be a good support character but his movies never worked because nobody wants to see Bruce Banner really, just Hulk but that's insanely expensive to CG Hulk in action. Ruffalo was more believable Banner and still did motion capture for Hulk scenes for facial expressions at least.

By explaining the science behind those fight scenes by switching those camera angles, Edward made us believe that action movies are a bunch of bullshit and we are a pack of morons flocking to see them... Basically, he's just indirectly punching Tom Cruise's belly...
