This work of just allowing myself to feel what I want to feel now, has been life changing for me. Firstly asking myself what I REALLY want to feel led me to the knowledge that I really just want to feel unlimited. It was a lot easier to feel than I expected. It was also even better than I anticipated. It is true freedom. I think you are right about the realisation that life is a dream too. When I was young this notion that nothing was "real" seemed scary. Not now, my concept of "real" may have broadened, it feels lovely now, not scary.

@@sohara.... I have been focusing on a state of being. Using Neville's "falling into security" meditation regularly and encouraging myself to imagine that "falling" sensation whenever it feels good to do so. This has been very productive for me. It has been a year of change, a year of moving towards a more integrated sense of self. Not always comfortable! Several major life changes, some causing upheaval, but they are movements towards greater freedom and agency. How about you? What has been a productive focus for you in the past year?

T'his life is a dream and I Am The Dreamer". What you said here has had an immediate effect. I took it and started using it at the end of my day and even through the night. I decided to change my "life" or dream as The Dreamer. I literally had a Dream that I was on a new basketball team ( I played college basketball and am a basketball trainer as well). Realizing this is just a dream and I can change it as The Dreamer...you are right...it made me feel relieved and freeing like I was walking away from a nightmare. It allowed me to drop things much more easily than I ever have. I remember you saying that I Am the solution and the problem. I realized that if I AM the dreamer and the only person that can dream for me...I can dream whatever I want as The Dreamer and wow....this has already been a game changer. I could write forever but, i wanted to say Thank You more than anything. So..THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recommend reading the trilogy written by Robert Monroe (Journeys Out of the Body, Far Journeys, Ultimate Journey). This will reinforce your belief/assumption that life in fact is just a dream, however a very important one, another step of many in your development as the energy being/soul/creator.

@@EdwardArt You're most welcome. Additionally, it would be beneficial to read this declassified CIA document (www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00788R001700210016-5.pdf) that relates to the Gateway Experience, which Robert Monroe is the creator of. Specifially, check page 22 that talks about "patternig", which is a method of creating desired reality through consciousness. Also, there is Joe Dispenza all over youtube who uses brain & heart coherence techniques to induce states that put you in a creator mode. His teachnigs are very well aligned with Neville Goddard's.

@@EdwardArt I would also recommend "Lucid Dreaming" by Robert Waggoner AND watch some interviews with author and astral projector William Buhlman, he also has written a number of books on this topic and he's one of my favourite personalities in this field, as well as Tom Campbell, who incorporates science into this. Tom worked with Robert Monroe in labs exploring the out of body state, if you watch some interviews with Tom Campbell rather than his channel content which is better to come back to when you know his full story.

I read Robert Munroe's book about out of body experiences a long time ago ... so this is vague memory he saw himself, an alternative Robert, in another dimension, having a different kind of life. He was quite experimental & exploratory about it , which made for easy reading.

2:50 : I also have experienced a lucid dream so I get what you mean, but if this life (where I’m writing this comment) was a dream, I would be both relieved and disappointed: relief from the removal woes of regrettable events but disappointment of the now absence of amazing ones. And since I now feel I’ve attained more of the latter, I would feel sad to have to restart that momentum upon waking. You ever have a dream so good you stay in bed longer, squeeze your eyes tighter, in order to reach for it again? Or is it just me? lol But here is what helps me: The more expansion and growth my soul attains, the more I feel less attached to the negative things or the ways I’ve acted in the past that I used to cause me fear or shame. Because it feels like a new day when you attain soul growth. Like shedding skin that doesn’t come back again. This emotional dissociation with the former self (e.g. my past out of alignment actions) becomes what I refer to as “a past life in this lifetime”-my new common refrain. And it feels amazing.
