Wonderful trip! I really enjoyed your video. I am planning a trip to Botswana once the Pandemic is over and the Moreni reserve is definitely a place to consider. Cheers from Philadelphia, USA.

I went to moremi last year during the Botswana Independence Day and we camped at khwai and we hyena in our campsite while we were awake by the fire and they tried to steal our meat that was on the braai then the next day we had impala run through our camp midday and some hippo at night that came close to camp, oh and that place with the viewing platform by the little lake, we were there too, how awsome

Man I miss maun, used to be one of the pilots there and Audi camp was one of the best spots for a swim and a cold one after a long hot day of flying. Great videos! 👍🏼

Edward Bath yeah it was an epic adventure, I’ve had elephants drink out of the plunge pool in my room when I was out at one of the camps in the delta.. lots of stories. And to chase a honey badger from stealing my dinner!

Another awesome video!! Gavin and I currently have bookings for Hwange & Mana Pools for September but as thing’s are going with COVID & all the Zim land borders being closed for anyone’s guess how long, we are considering postponing & looking at rather doing Moremi, Savuti etc. Can you perhaps give us some advice on how and with who we can book through for the place’s you visited?

Hi. We have our chobe Savuti Moremi trip booked for end of April (2021). How much more difficult will it be with a 4x4 trailer like yours, visiting places like xakanaka also. Is it worth it or should I rather get a rooftop tent (I already own the trailer)? Greetings and thanks for the cool video
@EdwardBath3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ruan! In my opinion trailers tackle that sort of terrain easily and it’s what they are designed for 🙏 I’ve done Chobe and Moremi with no issues. It’s also a great base camp 💪 thanks for the support and I hope you have an amazing trip

Hi Edward, so I new to your channel(great work). We are planning a Moremi trip for June but we are not getting a clear cost of camping the Moremi. How much was the cost per night camping and did you need to per book? Thank you
@EdwardBath5 жыл бұрын
Hey, thank you for the kind words! The costs vary between the campsites, the best value campsite for me the the SKL Kwhai campsite (north gate campsite) have a look at their website and send them an email and they will give you a clear indication on the costs👍

Wonderful video. Surely will help in my ravels starting June 22, 2020. But I only have 3 days. Was the driving difficult? That is my main concern as i have not driven off road on a 4x4 ever, even though I owned 4x4's all my life. Thanks for the great video!!
@EdwardBath4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! The driving isn’t too rough just let the tyre pressures down and take it easy and enjoy the adventure!

Hi Ed. Love the Vlogs. Quick question? Letting down the tyre pressure, how much pressure do i let off?
@EdwardBath4 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! I normally let them down to 1.5 Bar at the front, 1.8 Bar at the rear and 1.2 Bar in the trailer, it all depends on road conditions and weight!
