IMO, Presonus are the best ones to go for, I've seen multiple video reviews on them and in all honesty they offer the best approach to mixing and mastering because of their crisp mid and high range quality, the bass is not too overwhelming but is still punchy and noticeable. The M Audio's pack a punch in the low end but the mids and highs were really lacking in clarity.

I can go directly into these with the 6.5mm to RCA cables I believe. Or I could plug these into my audio interface to see how everything sounds if I’m recording stuff. What ya think? Do you think these are good enough? I have a very small room so I can’t have anything too loud or the neighbours will probably be unhappy and I would also not want to damage my hearing after all. So are they going to be good enough for pipe organ, orchestral sound, synth and drums? And bass? I hope so. About to order them.

But I'm sure they can. I bought Mackie crx 3's and they kick butt. Lastly, recommendations for this type of gear don't matter too much.
