Yes this very true! I don’t know why we are our own enemies in the work force. I’ve experienced terrible customer service from black women a lot! Especially when they look at you up and down from entering through a building door. … it’s so bad! Especially black managers I have heard some horrible stories. I haven’t experienced myself.

I think her experience has been more negative with black people.

@ sometimes it’s just that black people don’t pretend and show their colours openly but I also know people who have been betrayed and their job ruined by the other race behind their back all along they thought they were getting along well. I prefer the enemy I know than a snake undergrass.

This! When I spoke up and was passionate, I was told I was aggressive. When I cried or got stressed I was told to take a break and gather myself but my white counterparts would get sent home for a few days, fully paid to reflect. Sad times indeed. I will no longer be buying this brand either. Disappointing

The hair products black women use in their hair are largely not black owned. That’s been the case for years, I personally do research what I buy and even only shop from a black hair shop, this information isn’t hidden, people just need to read.

I experience that smoking break too.frim black females. I meant african American females.they and white females. They take like 20 smoking breaks. Am more contented now working for myself I can't stand certain things.i pick my own schedule etc

I totally agree with what you just saI worked in the corporate world was middle-age, but I didn’t look my age when I worked in there and it was young ladies in there and they 20s totally was hating because of my luxury clothing in bags make no sense the years I’ve been on there if I should’ve had luxury Nam in my late 60s and I still enjoy luxury products in my home on my body my bags, my perfume my cosmetics and that’s not gonna stop until the Lord calls me home so enjoy and do what you need to do because you’re telling the truth black women go to hell one jobs
