Pocket carry does have many advantages as you mentioned. BUT, you should never pocket carry without a proper holster! Otherwise you may pull the trigger when you grasp the pistol!
@kos77312 жыл бұрын
Thats just silly. You never put your finger on the trigger till your ready to fire. So a holster is completely irrelevant for finger discipline
@charlesphillips59062 жыл бұрын
@@kos7731 If the gun is in your pocket how do you know where the trigger is? And remember you are going to be reaching for your gun in a blind panic! Do as you prefer, but for me I will be silly and use a pocket holster! Oh and I didn’t even mention that the proper pocket holster keeps the gun properly oriented so you can grip it instantly and also helps keep pocket lint out of the gun. Your femoral artery, your choice.

That’s. EXACTLY. Why i carry a. SINGLE ACTION. Pocket carry YOU MUST. Draw the hammer. Perfect functioning safety
@YourAverageBen2 жыл бұрын
I don’t know much about guns, but isn’t there a safety so it wouldn’t go off when you pull it out of your pocket
@mixter7x72 жыл бұрын
@@YourAverageBen There are numerous different types of safeties on double action pistols. some are levers on the side of the pistol and others are made into the trigger requiring your finger to be on the trigger for the weapon to fire. Then - there are single action pistols requiring the hammer to be drawn physically before the first shot can be fired. there are also holsters that prevent your finger from reaching the trigger before the pistol is removed from the holster.

Awesome video. Though compressor blades aren't just normal "titanium", there's probably like half a dozen different elements in there (Vanadium, Aluminium, Iron, Carbon, Yttrium come to mind). "Regular" titanium is about as strong as most steel alloys (and likely better for stopping bullets than lightweight aeronautical superalloys).

I wouldn't recommend anyone carrying in your pocket like that. It can snag easily as you try to emergency pull, and almost impossible to pull out while sitting when that part of the jean is more tight. I use a good appendix carry and I almost never notice it using a Ruger .40 and can pull easily from any position. Be safe folks.
